The impact of the Simma Africa Project supported by Canada Fund For Local Initiatives on the lives of Refugee LBTIQ AGYW in Uganda has been great. There has been improved mentalhealth, menstrual hygiene, feminist leadership, equality, positive attitudes change and improved quality of life.

Psychosocial and Menstrual Health support through online advocacy campaigns, mental health wellness circles, feminist transformational leadership workshops and providing Personal Hygiene Kits to 100 LBTI AGYW by February 2022 in Wakiso District, Uganda.
