The beneficiaries of the project got a deeper understanding of Feminist Leadership and Leveraging the use of Creative Arts in their communities to change attitudes about Equality, Gender Roles and Feminism. Participants were asked to share their lived views and opinions about feminists/feminism and leadership and this created a strong basis for dialogue on equality with in Refugee Host Communities.

The Beneficiaries were very excited to have vocational training sessions mainly because they see Arts as an avenue that will help create livelihoods for them and their families.

To strengthen the feminist network among LBTI Refugees and Native AGYW. The grants will enable Simma Africa organize feminist transformation leadership trainings; organize healing circles; mentorship camps and run a women and girls' idea café aimed at promoting innovations and practical entrepreneurship skills.

LBTI Refugee liberation will only come when our communities have access to equal opportunity’s,That means having the ability to make informed decisions about our own bodies and our own health, with the support and guidance of inclusive health care providers #bodyautonomy.
